Warranty Coverage

Every product is warranted for 2 years (from the date of the purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Coverage Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

- Wear and tear including scratches and dents
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidental or normal wear and tear
- Repairs not authorised by us
- Application of the system outside the intended applications

Post-Warranty Service

Even if your product is no longer under warranty, authorized service centers can still refresh repair at a compelling price. We deal repairers locally at our warehouse as for most of our products which come in from indonesia & Turkey.
