Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Return and Exchange All exchanges and returns shall be made within 3 days of days of purchase and is subject to proof of purchase.

Exchange & Store Credit Only Options

  • Exchanges must be for similar product or equivalent value
  • Credit note available for returned item(s)
  • All returns must be made to our store location
  • You can return items that are in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Custom orders and Bespoke work (carpentry and upholstery)
  • Pre-ordered and clearance sale merchandise
  • Items which have been purchased on sale/discounted prices
  • Second-hand or pre-owned items
  • Gifts

Refund Conditions

We can only refund your full amount IF:

  • Goods are damaged, incorrect or faulty when delivered
  • The defective products can be replaced, if cannot be repaired.
  • 3% Processing fee applied to all Orders for Refund
  • Refunds in 7-14 business days

Partial refunds will be considered for:

  • Non-manufacturer defected items that are not in original condition
  • Products that are missing parts due to customer's mistake
  • Returns Post delivery (minus delivery charges)

Artisan-Crafted Products

Our handmade items are one-of-a-kind. The following are not defects:

  • Natural color variations
  • Visible joints or patterns of the wood grain
  • Small anomalies in the surface are a natural feature of works made by hand

Delivery Considerations

Customer Responsibility:

  • Get the necessary delivery licenses and authorizations
  • Guarantee sufficient space and access (doors, elevators, stairwells)
  • Check its measurement before you buy it.

Non-refundable fees:

  • Delivery and shipping charges
  • Installation services
  • Return shipping costs

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of purchase/delivery
  2. Take your items to our store along with proof of purchase
  3. Inspect - We will inspect the item.
  4. Notification - Confirmation of approval/rejection in form of email.
  5. Payment processed - Refund approved and processed to original payment method

Missing Refunds

Here's what to do if your refund hasn't shown up:

  • Check your bank account
  • Reach out to your credit card issuer
  • Question your bank on why transactions take so long
