A: We use only the highest-grade, UV-resistant epoxy resin available globally. It’s engineered to stay crystal clear for years. Each piece is built to retain its brilliance for years with proper indoor care. Indoor placement is always recommended for best preservation.

A: Our epoxy finishes are highly durable and resistant to daily wear. That said, sharp or heavy contact may cause surface scratches. Minor marks can be buffed out easily, and deeper scuffs can be professionally refinished. We also offer aftercare and restoration services for long-term maintenance.

A: Absolutely — custom craftsmanship is at the core of what we do.

• Standard lead time: 12–14 weeks for full customization from scratch
• Express option: Available within 35–40 days (additional charges apply)From selecting the wood slab to epoxy design, edge style, dimensions, and leg style — every detail is tailored to your space and vision.
  
  

A: For pieces already in stock or semi-finished, we offer delivery within 3–7 working days. Once a customer selects their slab, we complete the final finishing in-house to ensure you receive a perfectly polished, made-for-you product.

A: Our epoxy furniture is strictly designed for indoor use. Exposure to rain, sunlight, or extreme climate conditions can affect both the wood and resin over time. We recommend keeping these statement pieces in indoor or climate-controlled settings.

A: Yes — We regularly curate a special selection of outdoor-friendly furniture and natural wood slabs crafted from premium species like Teak, Iroko, and Mappa Burl. This exclusive collection changes from time to time based on availability and the unique character of each piece. Options include:

• Mappa Burl – Visually stunning and durable when sealed properly 
• Iroko / Iron Teak / African Teak – Extremely dense and ideal for exterior use
• Teak – Naturally weather-resistant and rich in oils
