Order and Delivery Method:

Every piece we make at Kamaya Woods is unique, and the process behind it is likewise. We keep things simple, personal, and easy to follow whether your table of choice is ready-made or you are building something unique from scratch.

First Step: Choose Your Piece.

To see the slabs personally, visit our showroom or peruse our collection online.

We will walk you through everything, including choosing the base, size, and finish as well as the wood and epoxy style if you are building a custom table. Every element suits your taste.

Second step: confirm and pay  💳

Once you’ve finalized your piece:

• For custom orders, we ask for a 70% advance to start production. The balance is payable once the table is complete and ready for delivery.
• For ready-made slabs, we require 100% payment upfront before we begin the final finishing — so you get a fresh, flawless piece.

Third: We Create and Finish.

Custom orders can take three weeks to three months depending on the design and complexity. Tell us whether you have a tight deadline; we will try our best to fit your calendar.

For pieces that are already in stock, finishing usually takes 3 to 7 working days after payment.

Fourth step: delivery right to your door.

Once your piece is ready, we’ll arrange safe and professional delivery.

• For customers in the UAE, our team handles everything — including setup.
• For international orders, we pack everything securely and coordinate shipping by air or sea, depending on what works best for you.
